Which lines to cut, and what simplifying actually saves
The saving per complexity point is your estimate of the labour, prep and stock-holding cost that one point of complexity ties up each period — applied to each delisted line's rating.
Complexity is a 1–5 judgement of how much effort the line ties up: prep, stock lines, equipment, training. Lines that are below the range average on both volume and contribution are flagged as delist candidates.
